Yard Hand Wanted!

Are you physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and love staying on the move? A leading transport and logistics company in High Wycombe is looking for a Yard Hand to join their friendly and supportive team! Monday – Friday, day shift available and are offering $34.65 per hour (inclusive of casual loading).



This opportunity involves but are not limited to:



Drive and relocate vehicles safely around the yard, including tight spaces



Inspect inbound/outbound vehicles using mobile devices (photos, damage recording)



Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) – checking fluids, tire pressure, badges, labels, and exterior condition



Wash and detail vehicles for delivery readiness



Perform minor maintenance tasks (jump starts, tire changes, charging & refueling)



Interact professionally with customers on-site

Successful candidates must have:



Full working rights in Australia



Manual C driver’s license



Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles, including reversing trailers



Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lots of walking and navigating tight spaces



Competent with basic tools and technology (tablet/mobile devices)



Previous automotive experience preferred



Willing to obtain national police check
